I was lucky enough to marry my high school crush in Dec 2015. We had the most amazing wedding at The Shangri La in Paris, then hired a boat for our evening reception on the Seine. It was the dream wedding with my dream man. I’d sent him valentines cards every year - he didn’t know they were from me. We never spoke at school, but 15 years later we got in contact via social media. He proposed after 3 months, we were married 6 months later. I now have 5 beautiful children and a step son - our house is very hectic!
I had the most amazing wedding in Paris, all planned in less than 2 months! I decided to set up Wish for a Wedding as I’d had my dream day with my dream man and wanted to give other couples who are dealing with a terminal illness, one last Wish of a wedding. I’d previously had my own cancer scares, but luckily everything turned out fine.
Thanks to everyone that's making this possible. It's nice to help others and it's nice to know that so many people around the country are willing to help. I promise you, you'll feel a million times better if you do something nice for someone that deserves it! We've helped lots of couples have one last wish of a wedding - please help us to help more!

Alison is married to Lee and they have one son. Together they run their own business but in her spare time she has been fundraising for Cancer Charities for a number of years after losing 5 members of her close family to the disease. Alison decided that she wanted to help people on a more personal level where she could see the way they would benefit from her efforts rather than donating to larger charitable organisations. Alison is involved in weddings in the Midlands.
Candice is Rachaels cousin, her day job is a nanny - she's one of the kindest people I know. She'll be helping Rachael organise weddings around Manchester.
Zenith is married to Richard, and has 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy. Family is her everything, and this Charity is exceptionally close to her heart as she herself has lost 3 babies. Zenith is a community volunteer, fully involved with her local Church, runs a local youth club, and has previous experience of wedding planning. Zenith is based in Warrington, Cheshire, and will be fully involved in the day to day running of the charity.
I've been running my own label, frank&biscuit, full time since 2015. I make bespoke garments for all life's celebrations and dress lots of prom girls, wedding guests, brides and bridesmaids. I have a husband, a daughter and a very quirky dog, so when I'm not stitching away I'm hanging out with them. I was thrilled to be approached by Zenith and I'm delighted to be able to get involved in this amazing cause.
